You will immediately see an overview of purchase orders and invoices that have been assigned to you for evaluation on the Fox Pro app. When an order or invoice is ready for approval, you will receive a notification. In the app you can approve multiple purchase orders and invoices simultaneously. By selecting a job or invoice you can first request detailed information before approving or rejecting it. If there is a reason for the rejection, you can also specify this.
In order to properly assess the invoice, the original document has also been made visible through the app through the DMS integration. This allows you to easily compare the data from the system with the original document and you are completely in control. No more paperwork, but completely digital.
