With MijnDEFAM you can manage your loan online anywhere, anytime and safely via your smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC. You can:
• Check your balance and additions or debits.
• Include a Continuous Credit.
• Additional repayments on your loan with iDEAL.
• Download your account statements (only on laptop or PC)
• View your annual statement.
• Check whether your loan fits your personal situation with the 'Loan Check'.
• Pass on changes, such as address and bank account number.

How do you apply MijnDEFAM?
• Download the app.
• Press 'Request'
• You will receive your activation code within 2 working days.
• You can manage your loan immediately after activation.

Safety comes first when using MijnDEFAM. We do everything we can to guarantee safety.

You can do this to use MijnDEFAM safely
• Keep your username and password secret.
• Keep it in a safe place.
• Change your password regularly.
• Do not give your username and password to third parties.
• Do not allow anyone to look at the login. You can be disadvantaged if others get your login details.

The login details are personal. Employees of DEFAM will never, in any way whatsoever, ask for your login details.
