The Heuckeroth family is one large hairdressing family from father to son and it has been like that for several generations. Dick, the eldest son of Dick Heuckeroth and Henny Hakman from Meppel, was then able to take over the salon from his uncle. The Salon was then located at Ebbinge Wubbenlaan No. 15. He decided to do this together with his mourning Afke, in 1974.
