Phileas fit

Phileas is a vitality program for employees of companies. You make a virtual journey together with your colleagues.
The journey involves several stages. You will discover per stage how easy and fun a healthy lifestyle is, through soft competition, rewards, and especially results! In each stage, the parts exercise, nutrition and relaxation are discussed. Motivate your teammates, challenge yourself and others and have the journey of a lifetime for the rest of your life!

- You play Phileas in a team against another team, through an app. With your team you make a trip around the world.
- During the trip you make all kinds of assignments with which you can win baths and real prizes.
- You use a move tracker, which a Phileas coach can follow.
- You work together with your team, but you also have personal goals.
- In the app you can keep track of your personal progress and keep in touch with teammates. For support, motivation and inspiration!
