Since April 1, 2015 is the official IBAN BIC Service of the government no longer available. Hereinafter have emerged various commercial sites, only they are not always proved to be safe.
With these simple IBAN Converter we try to provide a safe alternative. The app does not require Internet access and all source code is publicly available on https://github.com/HoogenboomSolutions/IBAN, open source under the Apache License. This ensures that no account numbers are stored and that no incorrect IBAN will be generated.
The simple interface is easy to use. For all of the major Dutch banks, it is not necessary to fill in a bank name. If the bank will not be recognized, it can be filled in as yet to create an IBAN. For this purpose, only the first four letters of the BIC necessary, but this is only required in exceptional cases.
This makes this app by far the best option to bank account numbers to convert to IBAN!
