OSLL-Inbalance is aimed at guiding, facilitating and supporting and reinvigorating them
of professionals from high-risk professions who:
- have developed a mental illness and/or
- have developed an occupational/work-related occupational disease.
After guidance in care, life tasks, and developed resilience, we look together for
a meaningful daytime activity or work. This process is done in close collaboration with the (former)
employer and/or benefits agency and the client.
The participating parties end up in an environment where there is recognition, recognition and respect
for the restrictions. There is an atmosphere where there is time and space for the emotions shown
which is usually experienced and lived through.
Unique in this concept is that OSLL-Inbalance makes use of the deployment of experts by experience,
who have been professionally trained for the deployment of the distinctive target groups.
Their experience expertise enables them to adequately anticipate the problems
that may be related to these stress and/or trauma-related conditions. This one
target groups are often more difficult or impossible to place after a long period of absenteeism or dropout
demonstrated in their own organization or in the regular work process.
The OSLL-Inbalance formula consists of several parts. There is an internal department, with a
ambulatory care department where distinctive care facets are carried out, consultation rooms and
a number of guidance/training and education rooms. We are working on a location
hotel facilities (care hotel) and where a shop with (natural) products is sold.
Within OSLL-Inbalance, experience experts are actively involved in the labor process, paid or based on
voluntary. The different parts reinforce each other. OSLL-Inbalance as a formula is given by the
mutual cooperation with all different expertise, activities becomes OSLL-Inbalance, companies and
