With the DeliveryDONE App from Vandaglas B.V. you simply and quickly create the proof of delivery for the glass you have just delivered. With the DeliveryDONE App you can easily record the signature for receipt of the customer and save photos of the delivery location. If a damage, defect or inaccuracy is found during delivery, this can also be immediately recorded and reported by means of photos via the DeliveryDONE App.
The DeliveryDONE App helps us communicate clearly and clearly with the customer about our deliveries. And makes it possible to take action quickly if something went wrong. This is how we help our customers to be successful.
How does the DeliveryDONE App work?
A unique barcode is created for each delivery. This barcode is printed on the production sticker that is stuck to the glazing. With the DeliveryDONE App you scan this barcode as soon as you deliver the glass to the agreed location. Always take photos of the place of delivery with environmental elements recognizable to the customer. You can easily upload these photos via the app and link them to the delivery notification. Taking photos is also important if something went wrong and this is found during delivery, such as breakage during transport, missing or wrong units.
The customer signs for receipt with an e-signature on your mobile phone.
