Mijn DermaPark

My DermaPark gives patients secure access to a selection of the medical file DermaPark. With this app you can also fill out questionnaires that contribute to your own treatment process. The results of these questionnaires will give you and your healthcare professional a clear understanding of the disease course and outcome of treatment.

My Dermapark consists of the following components:

Among activities are the questionnaires are available to fill in. There you can also see when these questionnaires are available.

Dashboard
The dashboard displays your results graphically.

dossier
Your personal data and completed questionnaires can be found in your personal file.
