Gunshies is not a brand of dog food, but the name of our company that we first ran from our home and since April 1, 2012 in our shop. The name is composed of the letters of our dogs Gundah and Chiva. We live in Beverwijk, North Holland together with our 4 children and dogs. For several years now, we have been giving our dogs ready-to-eat meat (kvv) and Barf. In order to give them the best possible balanced and varied menu, I vary as much as possible in the various types and brands of Kvv. But we always ran into the fact that it was difficult to find several brands in a store at the same time. From this the idea was born to meet the need in this environment. After a number of years of home sales, we got the opportunity to rent a shop on the marlot site in Beverwijk, where we started April 1, 2012 as a shop of around 70m2. But that became too small after more than 2.5 years and since January 3, 2015 we have been located at Brink 3. The space of over 450m2 offers us more opportunities to further expand our passion. Ultimately, with 17 freezers and 2 freezer cells, we have a wide range of KVV brands, many types of Barf, and a wide range of natural snacks. The better brands of kibble for dogs and cats are also available. Of course we have also not forgotten the rest of the pets. We would love to hear any questions, suggestions or comments! .
