In recent years, many communities have faced growing political tensions and declining confidence. The more polarization grows, people find it increasingly difficult to come into contact with people who have different values and world views.
This poses a major challenge. If we don't understand each other and we don't communicate with each other, how can we overcome our differences and work together?
Together we will change this. The American foundation OpenMind has developed this online training to give you tools to enter into these conversations in a constructive way, even if you differ in opinion. The Hero Town Foundation has translated this online training into Dutch and adapted it to the situation within your municipality.
