About iBoks Building Management App:
iBoks Building Management App is an ERP application that is used by iBoks Gebouwbeheer, iBoks fire prevention and iBoks Betonboringen to verify and inspect the work carried out on the field via various CheckList forms that are available in the App.
Our technicians have a tablet that has iBoks administrative tasks app installed or they can install it from the Play Store. The projects are assigned for each location verification to the relevant technician in the ERP system.
Our technicians use the app during the visits to locations where the administrative tasks need to be performed. App scans QR code at the location to identify and execute the details of the work performed. Based on the inspection, they will write their comments and fill in some required questions / answers to further evaluate and if necessary send a report to the customer.
