'The new normal', we hear it regularly. For many office employees, this means working from home or working with an appropriate distance between them. This results in fewer available workplaces in the office for colleagues. The Judicial ICT Organization is therefore introducing the Reserve app, with which you can reserve a workplace from your own smartphone. Every organization has its own way of working and therefore also has specific wishes and needs. The developers of the Reserve app understand that and that is why customization can be provided for every organization to get the app exactly as the client wishes. The entire building can be configured via the management portal and floor plans can also be added per floor. Certain target groups can also be created, so that it is clear for whom a room is intended. The app works completely anonymously, so you can see whether a place is available, but not who is there. This makes the app easy to manage and also prevents problems with the AVG. The Reserve app was developed by the Appfactory of the Judicial ICT Organization. Note: This app only works for users with an email address from the relevant organizations.
