This app was developed for patients of the Dutch Obesity Clinic (NOK) and integrated into the treatment. When your treatment starts, you will receive the right information, videos, assignments and questions at the right time. The app supports you in your preparation for the operation and in the years after. With the app you can also get started with changing your lifestyle. You can track your progress by setting goals, tracking your weight, connecting a pedometer and completing questionnaires. All your appointments with the NOK are also included in the app.

We would like to point out that all information provided through our app comes from our own sources. In developing this app, we have drawn on the expertise and experience of our team of expert obesity and weight management professionals.
