How does it work?
- Start
o Download and install "Hartis Dagboekje" via the Play Store on your phone
o Scan the QR code at the doctor's assistant
o You can now use the diary
- Use
o Use the 4 buttons for a new entry
o The time and date are entered automatically
o Select an activity and complaint
- Save
o Have you completed all 4 fields?
o Press ‘Save’
o You will see an overview of your diary
o Press on "New Entry" to continue
