About the training
Sometimes you consciously choose to drink alcohol, other times it goes unconsciously. For example, if you have already taken the next drink at a party. You often have no control over this unconscious, automatic response. As with other habits (such as typing or driving), you can learn a new automatic response through repeated practice. The Brain Boss training teaches you this.
During a workout, 100 images of drinks are shown. You are supposed to "swip" the alcoholic drinks away from you and "swip" the non-alcoholic drinks towards you.
