Octopus GO has been developed to be able to take files offline to, for example, hearings, but also to be able to automatically send files to, for example, committee members.
Taking files offline
By taking the file offline, there is no dependence on an internet connection. In a poorly connected area or in a secure court, it is not always possible to connect, but it is essential to have access to the correct files. By taking the pieces offline, this risk is no longer there.
Octopus has two variants for synchronizing files:
1. When Octopus Go is used for “hearings”, Octopus knows who is present at which hearing, or who plays a role in the case in question. The correct cases (files) are then automatically placed on the app of the correct person.
2. When Octopus Go is used for “enforcement”, for example, the employee can indicate within Octopus which files should be synchronized offline:
