In the LO lessons of the VOBO school community, we focus on the development of multiple competencies among pupils. Reflection on that process is essential for formulating personalized learning objectives. The VOBO Sportfolio app is a tool with which students learn to reflect on themselves and on the behavior of others. The app is full of observations (rubrics) that students use to collect feedback. The student can evaluate himself, a classmate can observe him / her, but also the teacher has the opportunity to fill in an observation. In this way, a student gets a lot of feedback from multiple perspectives. In this way, the learning process becomes more transparent for the pupil himself and can better formulate personalized learning goals that the pupil in question wants to work on in the LO lessons. The learning objectives formulated can serve as a starting point for the lessons that will come in order to be able to continue this development effectively.
