About ZoetermeerPas

With the app ‘ZoetermeerPas’ you can scan the ZoetermeerPas for your organization. Your main administrator has created an account for you. Your organization has received a flyer explaining how to activate your account and how to scan passes.

Pass scanning with this app
You can use the ‘ZoetermeerPas’ app from the App Store or Play Store on your phone or tablet. If you want to scan passes, you need the internet.
1. Log in to the app with your login codes.
2. Click on the offer that the cardholder wants to use.
3. Scan the QR code on the pass or the NFC chip. Note: not all phones and tablets have an NFC function.
4. Option budget: Is the offer deducted from the option budget? Then the person carrying the pass can decide how much to spend on the budget. This is possible per 0.50 cent. Show the amount to the cardholder and press confirm.
5. You get an overview. If that's right, click on approve transaction. If it is not correct, click on stop transaction and then start again.
6. Do you receive a notification that the payment was successful? Click ok to return to the main menu.
7. Does the pass holder have insufficient budget on the pass? The cardholder can then pay for it separately. On your screen you will see how much the cardholder is short of and therefore has to make up. If the cardholder does not want to make additional payments himself, you can cancel the transaction.

Error when scanning or cardholder changes his mind?
You can cancel the transaction up to 2 hours after scanning.
1. Go to transaction overview via the menu.
2. Click on the transaction that you want to delete. Check its account number.
3. Click on delete transaction.
4. You will receive a message that the transaction has been deleted.

Are there problems with the app?
1. Do you have internet?
 a. Yes -> go to step 2.
        b. No -> you cannot scan passes without internet.
2. Log out and log in again.
3. Close the app, also in the background, and restart the app.
4. Restart your phone or tablet.
5. Delete the app and download it again.
