In Norwegian, the act of ‘refleksjon’ is to consider and spend time with your own thoughts, in a calm state of mind.

The app Refleksjon lets you quickly write down fleeting thoughts, intentions, frustrations or quotations for later reflection. Write, reflect, re-articulate.

Refleksjon is a companion to journaling and meditation.

Backup: Refleksjon uses Google's app backup. Make sure you have device backup turned on to ensure backup of your thoughts.
