Layn is a flexible mobile-based digital queue management system that does not require advanced equipment or downloading apps for customers.

Give customers the opportunity to wait where they want. Give them a customer experience they have not seen before with the right staffing. With Layn, customers can easily scan a QR code and select the offers you have made available. They can wait where they want and get optional sms notifications.

This app offers the control panel for the operators of the queue. You can operate the queue whether it is one:

Standard queue
drop-in queue with dialogue
pickup point with reference number
service point

You can set up input fields that are required for efficient operation of the queue, such as order number, number of people, reference codes, etc. As an operator, you can in addition to operating the queue:

The app can be put in kiosk mode and used as a vending machine for customers.
