The Volunteer Centers Data Administration Tool (FRIDA) is a tailor made application for streamlining and optimizing the scope of the volunteer centers.
The system contains separate modules for the Volunteer Center, the volunteer and the service recipient, which simplifies administration and ensures data quality. The application is available from PC, tablet and mobile.
CHALLENGES TODAY
Many volunteer centers today have manual, paper-based registration of activities, volunteers and service recipients with ongoing changes. Many are involved and it can be a challenge to keep the information up to date and available. A lot of manual work is time-consuming and not efficient, and it can be difficult to utilize all resources optimally.

Optimize assignment of tasks to volunteers based on interests, availability and needs. Role-based calendar with an overview of all assignments, activities and events. Retrieve statistics and reports with eg. overview of efforts and number of activities performed. Service recipients can report service needs and volunteers can report interest in providing services. It is possible to notify and send information on both SMS and e-mail.
