This is Elektriker'n Ringsaker AS's app for use in reporting of HSE incidents and quality related issues. The app includes systematics to notify deviations, observations, near misses, accidents and suggestions for improvements, and includes a module for documentation of completed job safety analyzes / risk analysis and another for inspections / audits.
The app is stripped of all unnecessary functions and buttons to make the most user-friendly. Yet there is a complete reporting tool that meets all our needs and requirements, and we consider improvement opportunities using the app in our company too big.
We in our company believes in KIS principle. Keep It Simple. Too many organizations bearing HSEQ their systems too complicated, resulting in underreporting and a plethora of bureaucratic bumbling.
