    1. Rate and comment on a daily basis the dishes of his canteen (he eats)
    2. Vote for future meals
  - For the administrator / manager:
    1. Know precisely the statistics of each of its dishes
    2. To offer new dishes users
    3. Manage access by users through a time slot system
