NWASH School Questionaire is an app for the collection of Sanitation and Hygiene data from schools all over Nepal. The app contains forms that are to be filled by an authorized NWASH school data collector only, by visiting school all over Nepal, to collect information on water supply, sanitation and hygiene condition of the school.
