Founded in 1934, Matamata Brass sits firmly within the Matamata Community.
Today we follow in our traditions. We mentor those who want to learn, we encourage development and most of all have fun doing so.
Currently, under the baton of Kaperiera Hughes ,Memorie Brooky we enjoy a large range of community engagements from ANZAC services to light concerts, we also dabble in the occasional regional and national competition.
