The Apostolic DEAL Crusade is a subsidiary of Hephzibah Women of Destiny movement that was founded by Dr Lydia Moeng in 2013 in Rustenburg. The movement has been operating from that time having rotating conferences annually around September in different places and different countries. The movement has membership of women from around the world by virtue of participating in the movement activities.
