Safca App is a smartphone audit App for assessing, monitoring and evaluating the standards of safety and care prevalent in Child Care Institutions. The entire digital tool is based on the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015. It can be easily accessed and filled by assigned evaluators.The data collected through this app will reflect the standards of safety and care that is provided to the children living in Child Care Institutions. In this manner, this app will help protect the safety and wellbeing of these children, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
This data is then converted into informative analytics that can be conveniently reviewed by the government departments and partner NGOs. The analytics derived through the Safca App will showcase the strengths and challenges present in the CCIs, hence paving the way for real time data collection and analyses.
