The Office adopts an ambitious program to build a database of experts in education, human development and management development. The Office will benefit from the database in hiring qualified professionals in its programs and projects.

The database will also be made available to ministries and government agencies that request it, and will serve as a portal for professionals who will contribute to their knowledge and scientific and knowledge products.
