Al Fehrest (the Index) is an application that displays the whereabouts of the scientists of the Islamic civilization starting from the year 700 AD until the year 1500 AD in the form of a timeline linked to a map. It also displays the breadth of the Muslim states throughout that period. Unfortunately the application is only in Arabic.
