Expanded from the Child Status Index (CSI) assessment tool, the app provides a framework for local teams to pinpoint specific areas of need and create goals to bring stability, resources, and more to vulnerable children and families served. The CarePortal Wellbeing App also supports community development and family-strengthening initiatives by providing usable data that can greatly inform local decision making and program design.
