why can't you schedule an appointment with all of your providers here? the app only allows me to schedule with 2 out of my 12 doctors ,yet their offices sya schedule in the app. its very frustrating. Please make it work for everyone

I changed phones and now I can not access my account. Ap just takes me back to the password access but won't let me recover or set a new password. now I'm logged out for too many attempts! I just can't remember my password... very very frustrating! no way to access help either on this ap. poor customer service. now what do I do??????
