ESLEasy_Mobile is the mobile data acquisition software for ESL-Easy to link electronic labels (electronic shelf labels) with products. The app requires the ESL-Easy-System (http://www.esl-easy.de) to operate. After installation, the ESL-Easy server data must be entered for communication or read in via QR code (the configuration for ESL-Easy can be transferred from another device via a QR code if you as an employee do not know the parameters) . The app enables barcodes to be captured using the device's camera. It is also possible to use professional scanners. For this purpose, the app can be operated e.g. on a professional MDE device (e.g. M3 or Zebra), where communication with the barcode scanner takes place via Android intent. It is also possible to connect external barcode scanners to the device via HID (keyboard emulation) and use them to capture the barcodes. No special requirements have to be observed here (the evaluation of the keyboard entries generated by the barcode scanner takes place completely transparently in the background).
