The mobile app "Teaching APP" is an application developed by the Ministry of Education, Universities, Culture and Sports of the Government of the Canary Islands in order to provide non-university teachers of the Canary Islands with an access point to the services offered by the mobile channel.
This app aims to facilitate access to the administrative management of non-university teachers of the Ministry of Education, Universities, Culture and Sports, as well as establish direct communication between this teaching staff and their educational administration.
In a first version, access to the available tools and professional data of the teacher and of the members of employment lists is offered, facilitating communications to the interested party about data already available that can be received immediately through emerging notifications.
Subsequently, new services and procedures will be implemented, in order to facilitate communication with the Administration.
Main functionalities:
- Access to data from the teaching file: Personal data, current administrative situation, service sheet, positions held, ...
- Communication with the organic unit of Personnel.
- Access to news from the Ministry of Education, Universities, Culture and Sports.
- Enable a communications channel that allows to send to different groups of collective communications related to administrative or personnel management.
