Audio assisting users in various Paranayama practices. App allows users to create their own pranayama practices that suites their time and capacity. To simplify user experience in creating well-known Pranayam practices, App assists users in copying and modifying system provided templates for well-known Pranayama practices. Once a particular Pranayama practices is started, the App will give voice based instructions to user on various breathing steps (like breathing in, breathing out, holding breath, breathing in via left/right, breathe our via left/right, breathing via mouth). So using these voice based instructions from App , user can concentrate on Pranayam practices (rather than bothering about timings/etc)
