Governmental Islamic Institution. Founded by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah, under the Emiri Decree No. 22 of 2018. The complex is managed by a General Secretariat under the supervision of the Council, which regulates all its administrative and financial affairs and follows up its decisions or recommendations until full implementation. Ha.
The General Secretariat is headed by a Secretary-General appointed by an administrative decision of the President who is accountable to the Council for the terms of reference specified in this Decree.
