The APP is open to all those who are interested in helping those in difficulty, because they are isolated and not self-sufficient, or because they are unable to independently provide for basic needs, such as shopping, medicines, transport and basic IT support.
You need? Through IBO MIaiuta you can order the shopping for yourself or for those dear to you with difficulty (beneficiaries) and then rely on the goodwill of volunteers, who will complete and deliver the shopping and provide the requested home services. All in maximum safety.
Do you have time? Through IBO MIaiuta you can register as a volunteer and make yourself available to provide simple but essential services to all those who request them. In a few minutes, through the platform, you can make a difference.
The IBO MIaiuta application was born from the idea of MIaiuta S.r.l. that during the first lockdown decided to participate in the call of the Municipality of Milan "Startup for Milan 2020" with the project of an App that could respond to the need of non self-sufficient people in such a difficult period for home deliveries of goods of first necessity. The project was among the winners of the tender and thanks to the meeting and collaboration with IBO Italia, a Non-Governmental Organization and ODV-ETS which since 1957 has been involved in the field of international cooperation and volunteering in Italy and in the world, the '' App has been further implemented with the addition of new services and new users (volunteers and beneficiaries) so that it can be a help and a point of reference for people in need not only in periods of lockdown, but in everyday life .
