MyTeleDoc makes specialist doctor consultations available to the rural populations coming to Health and Wellness centers in Morbi district in Gujarat. It helps in saving patients from travelling miles for healthcare.

MyTeleDoc allows Community Health Officers to collect detailed patient complaints and symptoms and generates a comprehensive clinical case history. The app also allows them to capture details of previous medications, diagnostics, prescriptions and treatment.

The CHOs can then securely upload the patient case for remote Specialist doctors to view and consult. The app also enables doctors to communicate with the CHO or the patient for any additional information needed and prescription is shared with the patient.
