I would recommend InterNations to all expat who are overseas. It's a great way to interact people, socialise, and getting to know people, even professionals in a friendly environment.

UPDATE: I have since found out that this is a fraudulent company. My card got charged for membership although I had cancelled my subscription. Changing my rating due to this. You should speak with your card issuer to get your money back if you had the same problem.
