The Sentosa Mitra Usaha Cooperative domiciled in Jakarta was established based on the Notary Deed of Susi Aprillina, SH., MKn No. 6 dated 09 November 2021, which was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia on 21 December 2021 with validation number AHU-0014173 .AH.01.26.Year 2021.
Cooperatives were established based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution and on the basis of kinship. In carrying out cooperative activities, we adhere to cooperative principles, namely:
1. Membership is voluntary and open.
2. Management is carried out democratically.
3. Distribution of the remaining results of operations (SHU) is carried out fairly.
4. In proportion to the size of the business services of each member.
5. Provision of limited remuneration for Independence capital
The establishment of the Sentosa Mitra Usaha Service Cooperative aims to improve welfare, foster a sense of kinship and togetherness among members of the Cooperative in particular and provide benefits to the wider community in general.
