Fatschadas is for everyone interested in architecture, new media and art in public space.
The app responds to markers on the facade of cultural initiative SOMALGORS74, adding a layer of augmented reality to the building.
Also the app is an augmented reality exhibition platform. Biannually, artists, designers, writers, poets are invited to create a response to the regional tradition of Sgraffito in the Engadin Valley in Switzerland and add virtual content to the facade. Their virtual works will then be made public on the façade of SOMALGORS74.
The app only works in the vicinity of cultural initiative SOMALGORS74, but can also be used to view the work through photography of the building's facade. The app is limited to audience of Switzerland only.
