The FitWerker app is designed to make it easier for artisans to pay attention at work on their health. There are important information and tips on subjects from the everyday work of a craftsman, like occupational safety, nutrition and stress reduction in the app. The contents are summarized in short texts and videos.

The offer is not tied to your desk, you have it here on your phone at any time. Especially practical: your working hours you enter directly in the app and assign various tasks. The evaluation can be shared by e-mail with the boss then. Thanks to SSL encryption your data will be transmitted securely.
Registration requires an unlock code. You can obtain this from your employer or directly from the registry in the app.
The FitWerker app is available AOK Rheinland / Hamburg. One need not be a member of the AOK in order to use the app. AOK members are unlocked additional service functions.
