In order to contribute to the generation of detailed primary information for the vulnerability analysis of the population and infrastructure exposed to hazards, CENEPRED launches an innovative application called SIGRID COLLECT, which can be downloaded from any mobile device (Android), thus facilitating the executors of disaster risk management to collect data in the field and this, in turn, is integrated in real time into the Information System for Disaster Risk Management - SIGRID. The mobile application has the ability to capture and georeference photos; collect socio-economic, quantitative and qualitative information at the property level, for vulnerability analysis; georeferencing public investment projects and drawing danger areas due to different phenomena of natural origin, for later use in Geospatial Information System (GIS) environments.
