Tribhashamahasahasravadhani, Pranavapeethadhisulu, Brahmashri Vaviparthi Padmakar was born on January 1, 1966 in Jogannapalem of West Godavari district to Brahmashri Vaviparthi Chalapathiraogaru and Mrs. Seshamani. Brahmashree Vadiparthi Chalapathiraogaru was proficient in eight languages and was a noted scholar. Mother Mrs. Seshamani is fluent in Sanskrit and Hindi languages. Brahmashree Vadiparthi Padmakar got his education from his parents at an early age. He has MA in Telugu, Sanskrit and Hindi. graduates From 1993 to 2004, he worked as a Telugu lecturer at Sir CR Reddy Educational Institutions in Eluru. After witnessing the centenary of Brahmashri Vadiparthi Padmakar, head of the department, Sri Samudrala Venkata Vedantacharyu, the professor of mathematics, he researched them and got his Ph.D. in Telugu from Sri Acharya Nagarjuna University. Graduated.
Sahithi Simhavalokanam: In the year 1992, Andhra University, Bhimavaram got first rank in MA Telugu for all PG Center. "Bangalore Vidya Samvardhani Parishad" conducted the "Andhra Bhashabhushana Pariksha" for those who secured the first place from all the universities. Among them, the first place winners from 14 universities participated in the competition. Out of these 14, he again won the gold medal with the first place, and was awarded the gold medal and the title of "Andhra Bhashabhushana" by Mr. Mallampalli Sarabhayya from Bangalore Vidya Samvardhani Parishad.
