Below are the duty crafting rules for duty helpers.
1. Divide nurses into skilled and non-skilled, and allocate them equally
2. Meet the fixed number of D,E,N,O workers required per day
Excluding OFFs exceeding 3.4 days
4. Meeting the minimum guaranteed number of OFFs for each nurse
5. Exclusion from fondant fondant work
6. Equal allocation of N work per person
7. Excluding NOD, NOE type of work
8. Excluding D and E work after N work
9. Excluding D work after E work
10.N Assignment of OFF for at least 2 days after work
11. N duty is assigned for 1 to 3 consecutive days
12. Continuous work is assigned to 5 days or less
13.5 days of continuous work, at least 2 days off assignment
14. Excluding N duty the day before application OFF
