เป็นแอปที่แย่มาก ทรมานใจคนที่อยากดูคอนเสิร์ตจริงๆ อยากขอให้ศิลปินเลิกใช้แอปนี้ในการกดบัตร สงสารแฟนคลัปบ้าง เสียเวลาสุดๆ กดจองยากมาก แผนที่นั่งเวลากดก็ไม่พอดีกับหน้าจอ ต้องเลื่อนไปเลื่อนมา กดยาก หาที่ปุ่มแต่ละปุ่มยาก แอปล่ม ไม่รองรับคนดู ต้องปรับปรุงอีกเยอะมาก สู้ไทยทิกเก็ตไม่ได้เลยค่ะ เห็นยี่ห้องนี้ขึ้นมาก็ท้อกับการกดบัตรแล้วค่ะ

if you want to get 2 tickets... when the available seat pop-up randomly then you have to click that seat super fast to reserve and wait for the seat next to you available (80%depends on your luck). It is NOT user friendly.

Many ppl complain it not friendly for non Thai user, I am Thai and it is not freindly user for Thai ppl either! Not just the failure app. The way its management to problem is suck too, good by to The concert
