The Tung Wah Group of Hospitals "Easy Rent Repair" Elderly Owner-Occupied Property Agency Project, an innovative project for this hospital, was supported by the Lottery Fund of the Social Welfare Department in December 2018. The plan is to assist the elderly who intend to live in or have already moved into the residential homes, to assist in the handling of their idle self-owned properties, through the plan to assist them in refurbishment, leasing and management, and then use their rent to support the elderly to live in better quality Homes for the elderly, in order to achieve the goal of "renting for the elderly and enjoying old age in peace".
