The overall objectives of the project are to inform and educate the citizens of the city of Karlovac about:
• the reasons for the transition from linear to circular
economy and the roles of waste management in
to this process
• the importance of the order of priority of waste management
in the transition to a linear economy
• the need for protection and more effective management
resources
• the role of consumers in the importance of changing habits for
transition to a linear economy
• waste treatment and flow monitoring processes
recycling of separately collected waste through the web pages of the utility company Čistoća and the City of Karlovac
