CONTIGO survey

The "CONTIGO Survey" application allows you to carry out field work to update the information of the users of the "CONTIGO-MIDIS Program", through the presentation of the complete flow of the "CONTIGO Questionnaire".
The available options are:
* Login - will keep your session active so you can come back when you need it.
* Menu - main: shows you the available options and includes indicators with the amounts of the records (registered, in process, to transmit)
* Surveys - you can view the list of registered surveys (in process, finished and canceled)
* Survey - here shows you the sequence of questions and alternatives to comply with the "Questionnaire WITH YOU"
* Transmission - you can transmit the records (in accounts) that are in finished or canceled status

* "SURVEYS" menu without records, the "start survey" screen will be shown, with records it will show the list of surveys (in process, canceled and completed)
* Action to show personal data of the respondent without entering the survey (DNI icon in the list of surveys).
Design improvements.
Bug fix - Force closing cannot navigate to previous question.
