SOFTWARE KEY FUNCTIONS
The Apptopus Mobile Application Software is an attendance system for students specifically designed to report ingress and egress of students in school for peace of mind of parents and guardians. It is also capable of:
• Sending information to parents/guardian if a student is tardy and not yet in school.
• Sending a statement of accounts and history of payment
• Sending grades of students
• Sending live map to inform the parents of his/her actual location to and from the school.

SOFTWARE CAPABILITIES

Using Apptopus Mobile Application (AMA), parents and guardian can be updated with their child’s attendance and advisories of the school. Other school information can also be viewed using the AMA:

• Attendance Plus
o Mobile Application to connect with parents and guardian, even abroad.
o SMS – attendance notification to parents
• Live Map – to send actual location to parents from and to the school.
• Statement of Accounts – data can be viewed by the parents if integrated with the school database
• Payment History – data can be looked at by the parents if integrated with the school database
• Grades – student grades can be viewed by the parents if integrated with the school database
• App to Meal – purchases and balance in the canteen can be viewed by parents via
mobile application if integrated with the school database.
• App to Cam – activates camera for taking of pictures (front and back camera)
