‘Kayam – Ghar Jaisa’ is an application on which trip service is made available, owned, controlled, managed, maintained and hosted by Kayam. ‘Trip service’ means the online reservation service as offered or enabled by Kayam in respect to various services as from time to time made available by Trip Providers on the Platform, and ‘Trip Provider’ means the provider of accommodations through the Platform. We (Kayam and its affiliate partners) provide an online platform through which Trip Providers can advertise, promote, and offer (as applicable) their places and services for rent, and through which relevant visitors of the Platform can discover, search, compare, and make a reservation. By using or utilizing the Trip Service (e.g. by making a Trip Reservation through the Trip Service), you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Trip Provider in which you make a reservation or rent the services. From the point at which you make your Trip Reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the Trip Provider. We transmit the relevant details of your Trip Reservation to the relevant Trip Provider(s), and send you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the Trip Provider.
